Work out the rule
The verb in the if-clause is in the simple present tense/the simle future tense.
The werb in the main clause is in the simple present tense/the simle future tense.

Things to remember
We can also use model verbs,such as can in the main clause.
If you go to Beijing,you can visit the Summer Palace.
