此句型中，have表示“生病”，后面常跟表示疾病的名词。

当主语为第三人称单数时，have要变为has。

当表示疾病的名词以元音音素开头时，冠词要用an。

Mary生病了，她没有去上学。她和老师请假时这样说的：

I've got a flu.I can't go to school today.

我得了流行性感冒，今天不能去上学了。

1）take,catch均可表示“生病”，且有“感染”之意。美国人多用take,英国人用catch。

2）get常作“生病”讲，后接表疾病名词。

My uncle gets a flu.

我叔叔得了流行性感冒。
